it doesnt matter, hes 290 muscles. for any person its hard there is no one in the world that can do all that without breaking sweet. And most bitches in here are does fuckers who take 15 to hour breaks between work outs or reps. Or dont work out right like when you do situps you dont do the whole movement you only stay in the area where it hurts and burns. But me ive been doing mma since 3 , do cardio,weights, train slowly with weights and then do the opposite and train explosivly.
depends. some of the exercises he does are for certain small muscles that are for punching and kicking and such things. wrestling sure it makes you big cause of all the movements. but doesnt focus on things like punching and kicking.
Lol what people don’t understand is he is a 290 pound man. He isn’t a 120 pound skinny kid like 90% of the people on youtube are.
for all of you who’s talking shit about his cardio training,then you are wrong,it’s tough as hell,and i can actually say it is because i’m same size as him(except he has a tad bit larger of a chest than i do of coarse lol) and done it and it is tough as hell,he’s probably used to it by now,i done it once and about puked everywhere and i have a resting heart rate of 56bpm,that’s saying something,i got mad respect for Brock,i’d hope to fight him one day,i’m only 18 so i have a long while lol.
API is one of the most hard training conditioning in the world he is an elite level athelte how can you say something soo stupid..
Im conditioning 5 hours and i know he trains harder..
I’m sure your workouts aren’t nearly as hard as Lesnars , and do you realise how much he weighs?
