Hi, ive been taking MMA classes for 8 years…. I have a black belt in karate, and i aint bragging about my non existent skill, But MMA beats all that other shit, first thing my coach says to me when i get in the room in 600 push ups and sit ups.. its all about conditioning, and im a big fan of butterfly not so much of open guard cause i normally get hit way more. And i cross/side south north mount … its fun watching the guy squirm for air

I do have to agree with you one that. Any body can beat anybody it really just does come down to who was more prep. And you are also right that greasing should be illegal. The thing i dont get is why hughes, fitch, serra didnt say a dam thing. You know anderson silva isnt undeffeted in his mma career.

you obviously haven’t seen the Sherk vs. Penn fight cause bj picked him apart for three rounds before he said no more. Now im not taking anything away from gsp he is an excellent fighter and i’m sure he could beat penn with our without geasing, but penn can beat him too. Its all comes down to who is sharper and more conditioned for the fight cause they both have a very technical game it could go either way. Plus the UFC stripped Sherk of his title because he tested positive
for steroids.

but in the rule books thier is nothing on using vaseline on your body. that is why it wasnt investigated that much. it was a done deal after like a week, but yes he did i watched the videos just my personal thought is bj is a sore loser a great fighter just doesnt like the thought someone better beat him that night.
