    very strong legs
must have taken her years to get to this stage

  2. gobo1tube says:

    This is not yang-style !
it is one of the “refined” beijing-forms combining yang / wu and sun style.

she’s a beauty. Her focus isn’t bunched up and tense. Supple, centered, connected movements.

As an aside, and I am almost reluctant to mention this: it is too that no one knows how to use it for fighting

Hmm, although this seems to be some other brach of the Yang style (there are many schools all descending from the main family branch) I must say that I can’t help my self but to watch in amazement how fluent and flexible her movments are. Not to mention the leg strength. Most impressive, poetry in motion.

I think someone was confused with what you said (I am) and gave you thumbs down,
resulting in me saying “Lol” out loud

Wonderful video; a lot of nonsense in the comment box however. From what I know, Tai Chi is more or less derived from Taoist ideology… funny how so many of its practitioners seem to stray from the Tao… Then again, without that poor student laughing the Tao wouldn’t exist so I suppose it’s to be expected.

Если ты умеешь также двигаться – то у тебя есть право на критику

If you are able also to move – you have that right on criticism %)

if this is yang style, this isn’t of Yang Sau Chung lineage

This will open your lateral lines and your breath will control the energy flow. You do this for 1 hour. your body will become weightless.

  23. TheiGODProject says:

As long as you are cultivating the energy and know how to control your emotions. The problem I see with most masters is they teach how to repress emotion and rarely teach how to cultivate.

Do you have a meditation practice as well? To test you chi lines stand with legs spread, arms straight at level of third eye in om mudra. You should breath in and feel energy rise from you solar plexus to 3rd eye. breathe out and push it into your hands.

The three styles of Taiji that I’m familiar with (Yang, Chen, and Sun styles…secondhand knowledge of the first two and a practitioner of the third) all have specific martial principles followed and specific martial techniques in their form movements. The styles of Tai Chi practiced today are mostly martial styles. Unfortunately, those martial principles and movements are very rarely taught correctly…if at all…amongst most modern Taiji practitioners in the U.S.

Karl is not an idiot. He is not very in tune with the purpose of life but he is far from an idiot.

These practices are being taught wrongly and we need to regress back to the original practice and purpose.

It is a start and I support all who are in search for higher standard of living and spiritual truth. But to awaken myself is utterly useless… like jesus.

We must all choose to awaken and that means remembering our power. check out my channel
