I know Tito talks trash about his opponents. That’s nothing new, but i keep hearing about what tito said about Rashad, i would like to know where i can hear what tito said. not coming from what rashad said tito said, but i want to make sure it’s not just some one trying to put tito in a bad light because of his reputation to trash talk his opponents.

I’m looking to start trimming down my weight and buffing up a bit so I can get into UFC/MMA style fights. What style should I go for? I have no real formal training. I do like boxing, prefer fighting standing up, although due to my size I can hold my own very well on the ground. I am about 6’3” and very heavy at the moment, hoping to trim down to around 250 or lower.

I bought UFC 2009 Undisputed the day it was released, and it’s AWESOME! But there’s one thing that’s really pissing me off: Submissions! I just can’t seem to get a submission. Iv’e tried multiple fighters, and multiple types of submissions, but i just CAN’T seem to get them to tap. Any suggestions on an easy (or easier) way to get a submission?

Pride fighting in Japan by their rules or Pride fighting on American soil according to the MMA rules governed by the Nevada State Athletic Commsion?
Personally I like the Japanese rules because it makes for a more physical, brutal fight.

Someone please get her to start supporting the French team(s) again and not AC Milan, I want a CL championship for the Red and Black.
Under no circumstances is she to ever support the Azzuri even though I know she thinks some of the players are hot. I want a fifth star for Italy.

I think I’ve read your suppose to send in a video of your fights to the UFC to get in. Does anyone know what kind of amatuer records some of the UFC fighters have, like how many fights they have?

i’ve always wondered about this. i’ve watched mostly ufc fights but have watched a few pride fights and it’s obvious that one is in the octagon and the other is in a ring similar to a boxing ring. but other than that what’s the difference? are the rules different?
