In a no rules fight, who do you think would win in a fight between Chuck Liddel and the best heavyweight, or light-heavyweight Shaolin monk. Shaolin Kung Fu in America is a joke, but the younger practitioners in the monasteries of China that actually spar, are pretty hardcore.

Im going with Chuck Liddel.
Well Joseph, hes not exactly a little guy. He’s 6′2 and 205 pounds. Anyway, I see him knocking out pretty much any Chinese shaolin exponent in an underground tournament…

how long does it take to become proficient in fighting in northern shaolin. I am a hard boxer, and i understand kung fu has different priciples, so for someone like me who is already fit, how long would it take for me to develope good fighting skills in shaolin kung fu?
