every interview you see with him he always talks about how well rounded his ground game is and hes the best technical wrestlers out there yet i look at his resume of fights and its the equivalent of going up against the detroit lions

Mir goes into quite alot of detail as to his strategy against Lesnar in UFC 100. Why in the world would he want to do that? I know the guy’s incredibly confident but isn’t that a little stupid? Don’t you think Lesnar and his coaches will be disecting this interview and planning their strategy accordingly?

They faced each other twice and they each won once. So, the next fight should settle the score as to who wins this battle.
Mir has bulked up and gained more muscle, and he believes this will help him contend with Brock’s strength. I think after the second fight when Brock disrespected Mir by acting like his old WWE ways, it put a chip on Mir’s shoulder.
Mir probably feels everything is on the line with this next fight with Brock. For him, it’s a must win situation. Brock too I’m sure wants nothing more than to win.

Yes Mir did good against Nog but everyone keeps saying that he looks like his old self.NO HE DOESN’T.The old Mir was known for his ground game.He has never been known for his standup and yes he beat Lesnar but he was getting his butt handed to him up until he caught a green Lesnar in a knee bar.If he plans on going into this next fight with the same game plan then I think he is screwed because brock has a few matches under his belt and has had a year since there last fight to train his ground game.I think Lesnar will power through Mir like he was doing in there first fight and finishes him this time.What do you think?
By the way if you think that Mir planed on letting brock do that so he could submit him then you are brain dead because brock was punching the crap out of him
