Facing the guy that knocked me out last year. He is a truly great fight and I was happy I could face him again. Glad it was the final this year not the first round though. 3-0 to him I believe. The head kick pretty much was the decider.

I saw on Wikipedia (yeah I know not too reliable of a site) that Hendo was fighting for his belt…what heppened?

Is 14 or 16 years of age too late to start martial arts such as Taekwondo, Karate, boxing, Mixed martial arts, kickboxing. If we start them at 14, 15 or 16 then can we achieve a black belt or the full proficieny in these arts.
