What’s a good form of martial arts for someone that’s already doing a muscle building program at the gym?

Hi, I thought it would be a good idea to get exercise on the weekends doing martial arts besides working with a trainer at the gym and gain better self discipline as well. Would you recommend karate? There’s a karate place nearby that also teaches jujitsu and some other forms. What would you recommend?

One-Inch-Punch (DETAILS because I know a bit already…)?

I was looking at the internet earlier today and it caught my eye on YouTube and Jeet Kun Do sites and forums. What is the best way to do it? What is the stance in Jeet Kun Do? Also, I was at the bookstore earlier today killing time before picking up my sister (goddamnit) and was in the martial arts section (surprise surprise!). It had a bunch of books on it, but I didn’t have enough time in there, although one said Jeet Kun Do took many techniques from Kung Fu, Judo/Jujutsu, Wing Chung, Tai Chi, and even some Savate and Muay Thai. Any practitioners of Jeet Kun Do here or anyone who knows about it?

what martial art should i study if i already know wing chun but dont always want to rely on speed?

i have been learning wing chun and other systems of kung fu from a supremely skilled man named jack sylvester. hes been doing this stuff for seventeen years and he is very fast and skilled. he told me i need to look at another style to bring something new to the table in sparring and because he doesnt want me to be a carbon copy of himself.i have no clue what system or style that would be. he suggested grappling.. the problem is (and no offense to any martial art styles) i dont see anything that can do well against his wing chun and speed in sparring and especially in a fight. as you can see im a little confused lol and help would be greatly appreciated. and i cant handle those simple answers like mma or bjj or muay thai. if thats your answer please tell me why because i just dont see those things working against the stuff this guy does.

i already take taekwondo do i still start off from the begining belt in the marines?

say i have a blackbelt. do i still have to start off as a beginer in the marines martial art class?

What is another winning “non-technique” in sumo? There are 5 of them and I know 2 already. ?

There are a number of situations in which a rikishi can win a match without actually initiating a technique. Right now this technique has expanded from two to five. I already know about the Fumidashi and Koshikudake. Could you give me another winning “non-technique” from the five now in use?

we have to do push ups in my kenpo karate class and i barely started and can’t do them.i have already attended

one class but started a little late and didn’t have to do them and would like to know if you think that the teacher might tell me something bad about not being able to do them

What would be a good form of judo for me to learn? I’m already an expert in Wing Chun kung fu,?

I have become so strong and fast in kung fu. I feel as though I have out grown it.
