  4. ItsMeDaveMan says:

fully agree, the fight id pay big money to c would be fedor v lesnar, but that wont ever happen, so carwin definitely the next best

  5. Rousska says:

  10. ultimatefighter08 says:

when it comes to Nog, you can’t really take his younger age as a factor because of all the punishment he has taken over the years, it takes its toll on the body, same as Wanderlei

  11. impulse316420 says:

Little off to say that Leites beat Marquardt considering it was the point deduction that gave Leites the win. Marquardt is going to maul Maia. Vera via KO, Jardine via UD, Nogueria via SD

  12. MMATalkTV says:

Shane Carwin is your best bet to drop Lesnar.

  13. ViciousVince says:

I have a tendency to listen to my heart instead of my head, but I’m goin with Nog. That could be because I still think he’s the one best shot we all have to resolve the Lesnar problem. Of course, Dana White and his investment banker probably wouldn’t call it a problem.

  14. MMAKnockoutKrew says:

But he does have that top game that is very similar to lay and pray. He just usually finishes it with a kimura.

  15. volkert314 says:

The Polish Experiment has 18 wins, 15 of those wins were finished with 1 decision and 2 DQ’s for his opponents. I don’t know if that’s a lay and pray style.

  16. MMAKnockoutKrew says:

Ya that is true, i personally had a hard time picking this because both guys were legends in the sport. I think if Nog subs or dominates couture he should get a shot at lesnar at some point.

  17. mmapicks says:

True enough, Nog has been put through the “ringer” and age is catching up to Couture. I’m just hoping to see a great classic fight where neither looks bad, but if I have to choose, I’ll give the slightest edge to Couture, by decision. A few days ago, the line was Couture -200 and Nog +160. Today, its Couture -180 and Nog +150, so although Couture is still the money favorite, its getting closer. If Nog wins and and shows well, will there be a Nog vs. Lesnar in the future?

  18. MMAKnockoutKrew says:

Ya but Nog has had a very long fight carreer. This will be his 39th fight, and nog has taken a ton of damage over the years and who knows how much his body can take, because we all know he has the heart of 10 men.

  19. mmapicks says:

Nog is listed at 33 years old (if its actually true), Couture at 46 years. Not sure that Nog is “at the end of his career” just yet. I agree that Nog is bit under-rated going up against Couture, simply because Nog did so poorly against Mir. There are some interesting fights on this card, hopefully it turns out to be a good one. Great video, I always tune into your UFC stuff.
