I would say that the usage of different martial arts has to with how effective they are and how long it takes to learn. Judo might have a longer learning curve or be less effective than other forms.
judo is in top 10 of most dangerous martial art ( sry for the lack of english if so)
How come very little MMA fighters use Judo?
its true, an elbow is used as a cutting tool. Palm out. If your going for power you might as well throw a hook if your in that close.
0:20 she has a nice setup (girl in the white)
Hey when you fight nobodys,Guess your a nobody..
I just mean that people may think thats how the real elbow strike is being performed =)
Not to teach Ortiz how to annihilate dummies, definately xD
Nah Tito Ortiz dosen’t strike hard compared to Bas, Tito is a wrestler.
You sure are right!
Now let us watch some more karate kid!

Really? Well you have to send that info to tito ortiz when he faces his next crash test dummie! Maybe the dummie will know muay thai and counter! :O
kool stuff
WRONG
I just finished reading Fedors combat biography. It was so simple yet so awesome. I knew most of the most from Tae Kwon-do but it’s sheer simplicity is the best thing m8! Fedor should definitely be here.
This is an mma video… Secondly You shouldn’t feel owned in a relationship. Sounds like you’ve had a bad one or have problems deciphering possession from caring. Then again, thats a very shallow lesson I save for shallow people to basically I’m addressing the wrong person.
Just because that’s the way you feel it doesn’t grant the right to embitter everyone else with such opinions. It does great diservice to people with real problems and understanding. Childish hypochondria at best.
FEDOR?
gotta keep that wrist on your forehead!
Good documental..
so why does the title say MASTERs of MIX MARTIAL ARTs…the should’ve put ‘anthony ”rumble” johnson’ guy has hands of stone
great stuff!!!!

tito ortiz is hardly an mma legend.
because they are only looking at one dimension of each fighter?
no!!!
And while he strikes with elbow like that the opponent can just block and cut half of his face with elbow counterstrike.Just some muay-thai note=)
He is so slow=(
