Randy won 1st round with clinch and dirty boxing. Vera won 2nd round and nearly broke Randy in two with that knee, but the old guy hung in there. 3rd round could of went either way, the nod went to Randy. Probably because of the clinch control and a couple nice dirty boxing flurries. Very close fight and could of went either way.

Nah, you’re just a close minded ignorant UFC casual fan. I’ve followed Randy from the start of his career and he really deserves to be a hall of famer. But for this fight, he just got lucky. Brandon took him down several times, knocked him down, and did more damage. Randy was clinching most of the time. Randy WAS good, but not that good anymore. And because of Randy’s, reputation, everyone in MMA nowadays really study how he fights. So that’s why he doesn’t surprise opponents like he used to.

Yeah the guy who Vera whooped with his Muay Thai Game IC! I hope that fight gets the Spike Prelims right before the Payperview! I dont know if it will make the Payperview card lol Vera should fight Matt Hamil next who whooped on Munoz! If Hamil wins they will call him the Filipino killer lol!

Whats next for Vera? A Fight with Stephen Bonnar shyt they are both commin off losses! They both got beat by 40 year old men! They might not even get air time on the payperview! They will just get the Preliminary fight for free on spike before the payperview starts!

boooooo! vera you suck! kahit anong gawin nating mga pinoy di tlaga tayo uubra sa MMA lalo na yang mga Fil-am na yan. mahal kasi mag train ng MMA kaya puro mga fighters natin mlalalmbot kasi puro mamayan. di tulad sa boxing na yung mga boksingero karamihan laki sa hirap kaya ang dami ng pagsubok na dinaanan sa buhay kaya nadadala nila itong mga karanasa nila sa ring kaya halos sa kanila matitigas tulad nlang ni pacman at yung mga ibang promising pinoy boxers

it’s not that i don’t trust on our people. filipinos are great,we are great somehow. i know vera won the fight. but it’s the money that comes around. dana white thinks only money, just like bob arum. think of this, the winner of that fight gets a title shot vs machida. what bout earns more money and more fans?

Lets say Randy was the more aggressive…you can’t possibly tell me he won every round. He was taken down the second round to the ground by a leg kick and almost mounted, how the hell did he win that round?

coutoure was more agresive had the better grappling and had octagon controln while vera had only strikes effective strikes but thats it. IF it would have been based on strikes vera would have won
